Re: Export to Russia

Telium's products are not impacted by any export limitations, so yes we can export the product to Russia. The software itself does not care where it operates - so it will operate perfectly in any geographic region.

Re: USB license key didn't arrive

Don't worry about your software. It will run for 60 days on the temporary license and if needed we can send you another temporary license by email. Since the USB keys were never used we can issue a replacement set of USB keys. There is a $150 charge to cover the keys, shipping and handling, and we w...

Re: USB license key didn't arrive

USB keys are sent with insurance, tracking, and signature required upon receipt. If they are lost by the courier (eg: UPS, Fedex) then we claim the insurance value ($150) and issue new keys to you at no cost. However, in your case the item shows as delivered and signed for. We emailed you a copy of ...

Re: Error on sync FreePBX MySQL table

Some versions of FreePBX contain tables without indices. Although this is not valid SQL, MySQL allows it and so FreePBX can operate with this poorly designed table. HAAst is complaining that it can't sync a table without a unique index. (Although this is likely an unimportant table as Sangoma seems ...

Re: Run result 3 when starting FreePBX on old hardware

Run result 3 means that it is taking too long to start Asterisk/FreePBX and something is wrong, so HAAst gives up. In your case there are two compounding factors. First the old hardware is probably slowing started, but to an acceptable level. Second, FreePBX's startup script can be very slow as it r...

Re: Moving PBX between VM hosts in a data center

HAAst fully supports what you are trying to do, and there are many ways to accomplish this. On the AWS side it's easy. AWS is certified compatible with Telium's products, so nothing has to be done to allow the instance to move between hosts, regions, etc. You can use 'hardware fingerprint' activatio...

Re: What should I do with the new license file?

You should place the new file in your /usr/local/haast folder, and remove the old file called haast.license or rename is to haast.lisence.old Upon next HAAst service restart the new license file will be used. The new license allows you to install new upgrades to HAAst, and benefit from new features ...

Re: Asterisk 1.4 Support

Yes HAAst supports Asterisk as far back as version 1.4 (see knowledgebase article http://telium.ca/?kb10031 ) Due to the age of Asterisk 1.4 (released December 2006) we no longer actively test new HAAst builds against it. However, if you have any compatibility problems our engineering team will test...

Re: HAAst can't connect to Asterisk / AMI

The answer can be found in your question above. Notice that the Asterisk server / AMI is listening on 127.0.0.1 ? That is a special address known as "localhost" You have configured HAAst to try to find the Asterisk server at 192.168.1.44. Even though that is the address of your PBX (actually the IPv...
